We’re offering a structured 6-week small group training package designed to help you build confidence, strength and consistency from day one.

  • 2 sessions per week

  • 12 total sessions

  • Personal trainer-led coaching

  • Maximum 4 people per session

This is not a generic fitness class. It’s structured strength training in a supportive environment, delivered by expert coaches.

We work with beginners and experienced lifters alike — adjusting loads, progressions and technique coaching to suit your level.

What to Expect

Each 50-minute session includes:

  • Structured warm-up and movement preparation

  • Strength-based training (squats, hinges, pushes, pulls)

  • Conditioning elements 

  • Ongoing technique coaching

  • Progression across the 6 weeks

With classes limited to only 4 people per session, our coaches are able to give you close attention, ensuring you’re never left behind.

Optional Nutrition Support

If you want it, we also provide simple, easy-to-follow nutrition guidance — helping you build strength and tone up while still enjoying your favourite meals.
