Our small group personal training sessions are designed to help you build strength, fitness and get you into the best shape of your life. Suitable for all levels, our small group PT strength and conditioning sessions last around 50 mins, and you will be able to try out our BASE, LIFT and FORGE sessions as many times as you like at both our Forest Hill and Penge studios over the 14 days (subject to availability).

No crowded classes - just structured training in small groups of 4 people max, delivered by experienced personal trainers to help guide you through every lift. After your trial finishes and you’ve had a chance to discover the benefits of small group personal training, you’ll be able to continue from just £129 per month - get personal training results without the cost.

Prefer to train 1-1?

If you’d prefer to train 1-1 or with a partner in a private studio with one of our experienced trainers, you can try your first session for just £1. Your taster session will last around 45 minutes and consists of a series of exercises based on your goals. These exercises will help us to analyse your strength, mobility and movement mechanics so that we can configure a suitable program for you if you decide to join us. Our 1-1 training starts from £50 per session.

If you want it, we also provide simple, easy-to-follow nutrition guidance — helping you build strength and tone up while still enjoying your favourite meals. No extremes. No unnecessary restrictions.
