What to expect in a LIFT session
Our strength training classes in Forest Hill and Kent House are all about progression and performance. Every session focuses on compound lifts — think squats, presses, deadlifts — helping you build total-body strength and confidence.
Rounds 1 & 2: Two key strength exercises with rest between sets. Use the rest to adjust weights, recover, and prepare for your next lift.
Round 3: A conditioning finisher — either EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) or interval training — designed to build endurance and resilience.

Each session is limited to four people, giving you the energy of group training with the focus of personal training. Expect expert guidance, personalised progressions, and encouragement every step of the way.
What to expect in a FORGE session
Our FORGE strength and conditioning class is designed to test your muscular endurance and improve overall performance. Each workout features four rounds that build in intensity as you go:
Rounds 1 & 2: 45-second intervals with two exercises per round
Round 3: Three exercises at 30 seconds each — fast, focused, and tough
Round 4: The formidable FORGE finisher — AMRAP, EMOM, or Tabata — always challenging and never the same twice.
With your own squat rack and dedicated space, you’ll never have to wait for equipment or feel crowded. Trainers are always on hand to check your technique, offer motivation, and help you lift safely.

Absolutely! Yes, our strength and conditioning sessions are ideal no matter the goal when you also focus on your nutrition too. We can also help, advise and guide you with nutrition support if needed.
Do you offer nutrition advice if I need it?
Yes, we can provide personal support on diet and nutrition for those clients who require it.
How do I book in for a small group session?
On sign up you will have access to our booking app, you can book a session up to 1 hour before if there is space.
How long do the sessions last?
Each session is 45 to 50 mins long and every second in every session counts!
What are the pricing options?
You can purchase either blocks or a 4-week membership with options to train 1, 2 or 3 times per week priced from £99 to £199.
Can I freeze my membership if I have a holiday coming up?
Yes, just give us 7 days notice.
