After booking a free taster session which will include a thorough analysis of you current fitness levels and ability with one of our friendly trainers. We will take the time to get to know you and understand your goals, then create a bespoke training programme with exercise workouts designed to help you on your way to achieve your goals .we can also supply you with meal plans and nutrition support to assist you in reaching your goals

Do i need to be experienced with weight lifting for private personal training ?
No we welcome people of all levels of experience
I want to tone up and lose some weight as well as get stronger ,are these sessions good for me ?
Absolutely yes our strength and conditioning sessions deliver on all when you also focus on your nutrition too
do you offer nutrition advice if i need it ?
Yes we can provide support on diet and nutrition for those clients that require it
How do i book in for a private personal training session ?
On sign up you will have access to our booking app we try to offer all clients a regular weekly slot which is not available to book unless you tell us you cant make it , in which case we will find another slot for you
How long do the sessions last ?
Each session is 45 to 50 mins duration
What are the pricing options ?
You can purchase either blocks or a 4 weekly membership with options to train 1,2 or 3 times per week our blocks of 4 sessions are £200 and £380 for 8 session block , the memberships start at £180 for 4 sessions
Can i freeze my membership if i have a holiday coming up ?
Yes just give us 7 days notice
Do you have experience training people with injuries ,illness or mobility challenges?
yes we have a team of highly qualified trainers and have trained a variety of very challenging situations over the past 6 years
