We aim to give you the very best strength and conditioning training & fitness classes in Southeast London! With a maximum of 3-4 people in our group personal training classes you get the benefit of our expert coaches alongside your own dedicated equipment.so if your focus is improving your strength and building muscle then this is the choice for you

Our workouts have been crafted to offer you the opportunity to push harder and lift heavier, knowing that you have expert trainers on hand with eyes on you the whole time

We also can provide you with meal plans and nutrition support to so that your eating habits are in sync with with the hard work you put in at the studio

Our group studios come fully equipped with squat racks, barbells and bumper plates and much more. Our signature group training session at kent house is just 3 people and includes your own rack for the session - no waiting to complete your deadlift pr back squat sets. Our studio experience is an expert blend of coaching, equipment & space, giving you the perfect setting to learn and improve your weight training

With our additional group sessions including a boxfit and our high intensity “sweat” circuit session for maximum 4 people our group membership is the perfect choice

Do i need to be experienced with weight lifting ?

Ideally some experience is required , however with small groups of 3 to 6 people are trainers are on hand to support and guide you

I want to tone up and lose some weight as well as get stronger ,are these sessions good for me ?

Absolutely yes our strength and conditioning sessions deliver on all when you also focus on your nutrition too

do you offer nutrition advice if i need it ?

Yes we can provide support on diet and nutrition for those clients that require it

How do i book in for a small group session ?

On sign up you will have access to our booking app , you can book into a session up to 2 hrs before if there is space

How long do the sessions last ?

Each session is 45 to 50 mins duration

What are the pricing options ?

You can purchase either blocks or a 4 weekly membership with options to train 1,2 or 3 times per week priced from £99 to £199

Can i freeze my membership if i have a holiday coming up ?

Yes just give us 7 days notice
